Initial Disclosure Document
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the independent regulator of financial services. The FCA require us to provide you with a document called the 'Initial Disclosure Document' to help you decide if our services are right for you. This document provides information about Bluepoppy Vehicle Solutions Limited, the products we offer, the services we will provide, what we charge for our services, who regulates us, what to do if you have a complaint, and details about the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
About Bluepoppy Vehicle Solutions
Bluepoppy Vehicle Solutions Ltd is a limited company and our registered address is The Sanctuary, Eden Office Park, Ham Green, Bristol, BS20 0DD. This is where we are based, should you ever want to come and meet the team. We are an independent credit broker and not a lender. This means we provide motor vehicle finance brokerage services to customers via third party providers on business and personal contract hire agreements, from which we may receive a commission.
The Services we provide
We will provide you with general information about our finance products and answer any questions you might have, and we will send you quotations based on the rates offered by our selected funders. Throughout this process we will ask for information regarding your personal circumstances and objectives, to help us identify your needs. You will not receive advice or recommendation from us, but it is really important you provide us with accurate information to help us narrow down the selection of different funders' details and information we send you.
The products we use
As a Financial Conduct Authority regulated credit broker, we may introduce you to a range of finance providers who may be able to help you finance your vehicle and provide other products/services, such as vehicle maintenance and servicing packages.
We will only offer products from a carefully selected panel of finance providers. We will not refer you outside of this panel. You can ask us for a list of the suppliers who provide our finance.
The charge for our services
We do not charge any upfront fees for our broker related services. However, a document fee will be charged at point of order. The document fee is the broker fee charged by Bluepoppy Vehicle Solutions for our service and represents the costs incurred for arranging the sale, ordering the vehicle, arranging the finance and organising delivery of the vehicle. This document fee is payable by debit/credit card or by BACs payment and is taken once finance approval has been received, along with all relevant paperwork signed by yourself instructing us to place an order on your behalf.
We are a commission and fee based organisation which means we may receive payment(s) or other benefits from finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with us. These fees may be variable or pre-set dependent on the product and volume that we place with the chosen supplier.
In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel after you have signed our Terms of Business and orders have been placed etc, we may charge a fee as per our Business Terms of Business.
